Automations on Customer Health

Start an automation when a company's Health, its status or one of its parts changes, or when a customer answers a survey or leaves negative feedback.

Automations can react to Customer Health, so the right person follows up as soon as a customer slips. Build them in Automations like any other. See How automations work.

Triggers

  • A Company's Customer Health changes: the status changed, or the score moved by 3 points or more.
  • A Company's Customer Health status changes: for example from Watch to At risk.
  • A part of a Company's Customer Health changes: one part, such as Support, moved by 3 points or more, or gained or lost its data.
  • A customer answers a survey, A customer changes a survey answer and A customer leaves negative feedback. These need Support, where surveys are sent from.

Conditions

Test Customer Health status, Previous Customer Health status, Customer Health score, Previous Customer Health score, Customer Health trend and Previous Customer Health trend. The trigger on one part adds Part of Customer Health, Score of that part and Previous score of that part. Survey triggers offer Survey type, Score given and Answer reads as.

Start from a recipe

  1. Open Automations and select New automation.
  2. Under Choose a common outcome, select Follow up when a customer becomes At risk. It creates the task Review customer health, due the next day, for the Company owner.
  3. Review it and switch it on. Follow up on negative feedback works the same way for feedback.
