Privacy Policy
This describes how EVORIV handles personal data across the website and the product, as the service works today.
What we collect
Account data you provide (name, work email, workspace name). Business data you and your team enter or import into your workspace. Technical data needed to run the service securely, such as session and request metadata. We do not sell personal data.
Your workspace data
Data inside your workspace belongs to your organisation. EVORIV processes it to provide the service. Each workspace is isolated from every other by database-enforced row-level security.
AI processing
When you use AI capabilities such as the Sales Agent, the records needed for that task are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to produce a suggestion or a draft. Drafted emails wait for a person to approve them before anything is sent.
Website measurement
The website records first-party page visits and sign-up steps with a random anonymous id kept in your browser, plus campaign parameters if you arrived from one. There are no third-party analytics or advertising cookies. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, nothing is stored and nothing is sent.
Cookies
The product uses a strictly necessary, httpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in, and a short-lived one during sign-up to confirm your email address.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Contact us and we will act on requests in line with applicable law.
