Terms of Service

Early Access edition, 8 October 2026. These terms are provided for the current Early Access period and are being finalised with legal counsel. The final version may change before general availability.

These terms set out, in plain language, how EVORIV is provided during Early Access.

The service

EVORIV provides a hosted business platform with Business Apps on top. Sales is available today. Support is rolling out during Early Access, workspace by workspace. Anything not yet released to your workspace is not part of the service until it is.

Your account and workspace

You are responsible for your account credentials and for the actions of users you invite. You keep ownership of the data in your workspace.

Acceptable use

Do not use EVORIV to break the law, infringe the rights of others, or try to access another workspace's data or the platform's operational systems.

Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service during Early Access. We may change features; material changes will be communicated.

Fees

What a new workspace gets today, and the plans we plan to introduce after Early Access, are shown on the pricing page. No charge applies without your explicit agreement to a paid plan.

Ending and export

You can stop using EVORIV at any time and export your data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

Standard limitations of liability will apply, set out in the finalised agreement.
