Not enough data and coverage

Why a customer shows Not enough data or Low confidence, how missing data is handled, and how to give Health more to go on.

Health only scores what it can see. Coverage is the share of what Health weighs that has data for this customer. A part counts as covered when at least one of its signals has data.

The rules

  • Below 40% coverage, Health names no score and no status. The customer shows Not enough data, with for example Health names a status once at least 40% of what it weighs has data. So far: 25%.
  • From 40% up to 50%, Health shows a score and status marked Low confidence.
  • Missing data never counts as zero. A part with nothing to go on is left out, and its weight is shared over the parts that do have data.

Why a part can have no data

  • Relationship: no calls, meetings or customer replies logged yet.
  • Commercial: no won, lost or open deals with this customer yet.
  • Support: the customer had no support tickets in the last year, or your workspace doesn't use Support. Support is rolling out during Early Access, so until it is released to your workspace, this part has nothing to go on.
  • Customer voice: no NPS or CSAT answers or feedback. Surveys are sent from Support, so without Support this part usually has no data either.

An example: with the Balanced preset, Relationship and Commercial together carry 40% of the weight. In a workspace that only uses Sales, a customer with data in both just reaches a status, shown as Low confidence. A customer with data in only one of them shows Not enough data.
