Plans and billing

See your access in Plan & billing: Early Access, trial or plan. The Start, Grow and Scale plans and the price of extra users and Apps.

Open Settings, then under Billing select Plan & billing. Only workspace admins can open it. It has three views: Overview, Plans and Apps.

Early Access and trials

  • During Early Access, the Overview says Early Access: free while EVORIV is in Early Access. Nothing is charged and no card is needed. You hear from us before paid plans start, and choose a plan only if you want to continue.
  • On a trial, the Overview shows Your EVORIV trial and how many days are left. A workspace trial lasts 30 days, with every available App included. Select Choose a plan whenever you're ready.
  • Trying an extra App: an App you add later can be tried free for 14 days.

Which of these you see depends on when and how your workspace was created. The pricing page always shows what applies to new workspaces.

Plans

  • Start: €199 per month, 3 users and 1 App. Extra users €35, extra Apps €199.
  • Grow: €499 per month, 10 users and 2 Apps. Extra users €25, extra Apps €149.
  • Scale: €999 per month, 25 users and 4 Apps. Extra users €20, extra Apps €99.

Prices for extra users and Apps are per month. The platform (Studio, automations, approvals, My Work, shared customer records, and roles and permissions) is included in every plan and never uses an App slot.
