Build automations from a trigger, conditions in plain words and the steps your team would take by hand.
An automation is a rule that reads as a sentence: when something happens, if it matches your conditions, do these steps.
When it starts
- A record is created, such as a new Lead from your website form.
- A record is updated.
- An Opportunity changes stage.
- A task is created.
What it can do
- Assign an owner
- Create a task
- Update a field
- Send an email
- Log an activity
- Move an Opportunity to a stage
- Enrol a Lead in a sequence
- Ask EVORIV to suggest what to do
An automation can have up to 10 steps and 15 conditions, and it can wait up to 365 days before it continues.
Draft, active and history
- An automation starts as a draft and only runs once you switch it on.
- To change an active automation, switch it off first. Each change gets a new version number.
- The Activity tab lists every run, and you can filter it to the ones that failed.
