The Sales Agent summarises a Lead and what has happened so far, points out what needs attention, and prepares a follow-up email, a task, a field change or a stage move. It explains why it suggests something.

Approvals

You see exactly what will happen.

Prepared work waits in Approvals and in My Work. Each approval shows the email as it will be sent or the field as it will change. Edit it, approve it or reject it. Only the approved action runs, a rejected draft is never sent, and the decision stays on the record.

Your own automations can use Approvals too: any automation step can be set to ask a person first.

What does the Sales Agent do?
The Sales Agent works from the Leads and Opportunities you can already see, with their activity, tasks and emails. It summarises a Lead, points out what has gone quiet or is overdue, and prepares the next step: a follow-up email, a task, a field change or a stage move. It can create tasks and log activities by itself. Everything else it prepares waits for a person in Approvals.
Does EVORIV send AI emails automatically?
No. Every email the Sales Agent drafts waits in Approvals until a person approves it, edits it or rejects it, and a rejected draft is never sent. Emails sent by your own automations follow the rules you set: any automation step can be set to ask a person first.
What does human approval mean in EVORIV?
When the Sales Agent wants to send an email, update a field, assign an owner, move an Opportunity to another stage or enrol a Lead in a sequence, it creates an approval instead of doing it. The person it acts for, or a workspace admin, sees exactly what will happen and approves, edits or rejects it. Only the approved action runs, and the decision stays on the record.
What can EVORIV automate?
An automation starts when a record is created or updated, when an Opportunity changes stage, or when a task is created. It can assign an owner, create a task, update a field, send an email, log an activity, move an Opportunity to a stage, enrol a Lead in a sequence or ask EVORIV to suggest what to do. Conditions are written in plain business terms, and an automation can wait up to 365 days before it continues.
