You stay in control

A plan you read before anything changes.

AI Builder shows a summary of what you asked for, each change it proposes, the assumptions it made and any question it needs answered. An admin applies the plan; until then nothing in your workspace changes. Automations it creates start as drafts.

Everything AI Builder changes, you can also change yourself. Studio defines the fields you capture; Page Builder places fields and App blocks, such as Customer Health or Recent feedback, on the record page; Settings holds the pipeline stages, Health weights and quote settings.

Questions about AI Builder

What is AI Builder?
AI Builder is the part of EVORIV that turns a change you describe in plain words into a plan for your workspace: new fields, renamed records, your own record types, pipeline stages, page sections and draft automations. You read the plan, and an admin applies it.
Can AI Builder change things without me?
No. Nothing changes until an admin applies the plan, and automations it creates start as drafts that you switch on yourself.
What can it not do?
It does not delete anything, create records or change permissions. When you ask for something it cannot set up, it says so in the plan instead of finding a workaround.
What does AI Builder need?
AI switched on for your workspace, and a workspace admin to apply changes. It understands and answers in English and Dutch.
Does AI set up my whole workspace?
No. When you start, guided setup proposes a workspace for your kind of business by fixed rules and builds it once you agree. AI Builder is there for the changes you want after that.
